A product isotherm is a graph showing how water activity changes as water is adsorbed into and desorbed from a product. Isotherms provide the specific data you need to:

High-Resolution Isotherm
Typical isotherms have limited usefulness because they contain fewer than a dozen points. Decagon testing labs use the new dynamic dewpoint method to produce hundreds of graph points for each isotherm. These high resolution isotherms give you a detailed picture of moisture interactions within your product.
